Remove Windows Icon Shortcut Arrow

Windows: Shortcuts on your desktop (or anywhere else) are usually indicated by that little arrow in the bottom-left corner of the icon. It looks terrible, especially if you are using small icons.

This tool called Windows Shortcut Arrow Editor lets you remove it, change it to the old XP style, or customize it with your own arrow.
